k1ga Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Account and Play

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "k1ga", "we", "us", "our" refers to the k1ga gaming platform operated under an international gaming licence and accessible at k1ga.bid.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on the k1ga platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on k1ga for the purpose of accessing gaming services.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting products, live dealer tables, arcade games, and ancillary services made available through k1ga, including cricket betting, slot games, Dragon Gate, and Bird Catcher.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive issued by k1ga to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "Funds" means the balance denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held in a Player's k1ga Account.
• "Platform" refers to the k1ga website and all associated web-based interfaces and functionality.

By accessing the k1ga platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the k1ga Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the k1ga platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account. Continued use of the k1ga Services after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the k1ga platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which you hold an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the k1ga Services.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, where your use of the k1ga platform would constitute a legal offence.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of k1ga or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with k1ga or any other gaming operator at the time of registration.

Each Player may register only one k1ga Account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details, different details, or via proxy — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and up to date.

k1ga reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

• You must not share your k1ga account credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted from your account, whether or not carried out by you personally.
• You must notify k1ga promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• Accounts created using fictitious names, borrowed identities, or automated registration tools will be permanently closed.

k1ga is required by the terms of its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC may also be required before certain account functions are unlocked, or when k1ga reasonably suspects that a player's account information is inaccurate or that suspicious activity has occurred.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of k1ga's verification process:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).
• A selfie or video verification as requested by the k1ga compliance team.

k1ga will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have failed to complete required KYC verification. The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts pending the receipt and review of KYC documents.

k1ga accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash OTC. All balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• k1ga does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which k1ga accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds will appear in your k1ga account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your own name that has been previously used to deposit, or approved through the KYC verification process.
• k1ga aims to process all withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts within the timeframes published on the platform. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within seconds.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review under k1ga's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. k1ga reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• k1ga reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance at its discretion if regulatory or compliance checks remain outstanding.

k1ga offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be stated in the specific promotional terms at the time the offer is made available. k1ga's standard wagering requirement ranges from 5× to 25× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• k1ga reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus eligibility, availability, and terms may differ by game category. For example, certain bonuses may be restricted to slot games and may not contribute to wagering requirements if used on live dealer tables. Specific game contribution percentages will be stated in the offer terms.
• k1ga reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, except where funds have already been credited to a player's account.

All games available on the k1ga platform — including slots, live dealer casino, cricket betting, arcade games, and table games — are governed by the specific rules of each game as published on the platform. By playing any game on k1ga, you agree to be bound by those specific rules.

k1ga sources games exclusively from game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently certified by recognised third-party testing agencies. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are genuine and are verified through regular independent audits.

In the event of a dispute between the outcome recorded by the k1ga system and that displayed on your device (e.g., due to a connection failure), the outcome recorded by the k1ga server shall be the authoritative record.

k1ga reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, game malfunction, or software fault has materially affected the outcome. In such circumstances, stakes placed on affected rounds will be returned to the player's account.

• Bets placed after the outcome of an event is determined — whether due to system latency or any other reason — are void.
• Void bets will have their stakes returned. Settled bets that have already been processed will not be reversed except in cases of manifest error.
• k1ga's sports betting odds for PSL and other cricket events are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation constitute the agreed odds for that bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k1ga platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with k1ga.
• Money Laundering: Using the k1ga platform to launder funds of any origin. k1ga has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and actively reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in table games or other formats in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event across different markets with the intention of guaranteeing a profit regardless of the outcome.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the k1ga platform in place of or alongside genuine human play.
• System Exploitation: Identifying and exploiting software glitches, errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate wins, free credits, or any other advantage not intended by k1ga.
• Third-Party Account Use: Playing through, operating, or benefiting from an account registered in another person's name.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the k1ga platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution in relation to a genuine k1ga transaction, particularly where the relevant funds have been used to place bets.

k1ga is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base, including all Pakistani players. Gaming on k1ga is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k1ga platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any k1ga content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any k1ga software or game code.
• Use any k1ga trademark, brand name, or logo without authorisation in any context.
• Create derivative works based on k1ga content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of k1ga intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1ga's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms or from use of the k1ga platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k1ga shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the k1ga platform, including odds, statistics, or game-related data.
• Disruption to Services caused by events outside k1ga's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The conduct of third-party game providers whose content is made available through the k1ga platform.

The k1ga platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k1ga makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the platform.

k1ga reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframes specified by k1ga.
• Discovery that the player is under the age of 21.
• Regulatory direction from k1ga's licensing authority or law enforcement.
• The player has been identified on any self-exclusion register or has requested self-exclusion from k1ga.

You may request voluntary closure of your k1ga account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance of un-wagered deposited funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC obligations and AML checks.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k1ga holds its international gaming licence. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated under k1ga's gaming licence. The language of arbitration shall be English and the seat of arbitration shall be as specified under the terms of k1ga's operating licence.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction.

k1ga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the k1ga platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms come into effect, except where changes are required urgently to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the k1ga platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the k1ga platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date shown at the top of this page, shall always be the applicable version for your use of the platform.
